The objective of the workshop was to introduce students to the fundamentals of creative designing using the Canva platform, enabling them to create visually appealing presentations, posters, and digital content with ease.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was coordinated by Mrs. S. K. Walia and Dr. Ashu Jain, with Mrs. Kajal Mahawar serving as the Program In-Charge. She introduced the participants to various powerful AI-driven research tools such as Semantic Scholar, Science Navigator, Connected Papers, Research Rabbit, Merlin AI, and several others. The session provided valuable insights into how these tools can enhance research efficiency and quality.<\/p>\n<p>The program commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Mrs. Anjali Keshwani and concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Mrs. Kajal Mahawar. The FDP proved to be highly insightful, enriching both PG students and faculty members with practical knowledge of AI-based research methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>Around 40 faculty members and PG students actively participated in the program. The FDP was successfully conducted under the guidance of Mrs. S. K. Walia, Coordinator, Department of Computer Science, and Dr. Rashmi Patras, Head, Department of Management. Around 223 students were participated.<\/li>\n<li>Every year, the department conducted two certificate courses, DCA and DOEACC, for all streams with the aim of enhancing their computer proficiency and equipping them with industry-relevant skills.<\/li>\n<li>The department organized a 60-credit internship program on Machine Learning using WEKA for the students of Government M.H. College of Home Science &amp; Science for Women (Autonomous), Jabalpur (M.P.), from 3rd January to 30th January 2025, with the aim of enhancing their understanding and practical skills in the field of machine learning. This program was conducted under the invigilation of <u>Ms. Mala Das<\/u>. 60 students registered for this program Around 55 &#8211; 40 students joined the class daily with curiosity of learn about the fun language Python. Many students raised quarries while learning and actively participated in the classes making it interactive and fun class. 5 days of classes leaded students to knowing some basics of Python and igniting the fire for coding inside students. The teachers were well skilled and very friendly. The teachers also made students familiar with about the jobs and the future of a coder. Telling of the streams as there were many students from class 12th and 1st year students.<\/p>\n<p>Feedbacks were received by the participants and the feedbacks were just amazing which encouraged us to organize more such events. The program concluded by helped students marking there milestones as told by the teachers who are previously in the market and purse what the students were going to pursue.
