2. Development of recombinant non-structural polyprotein 3AB-based indirect ELISA for FMD sero-surveillance irrespective of vaccination.
3. Construction of an Infectious cDNA Clone for a Serotype Asia 1 Foot and Mouth Disease Virus.
4. To create a pool of defined mutant viruses from the original cDNA clone by site directed mutagenesis.
• Worked as Research Associate at National Institute of High Security Animal Disease Laboratory (OIE Reference Laboratory for Avian Influenza Virus) under the project title ‘Identification of the molecular basis of differential host responses to rapidly evolving avian influenza viruses in different avian species’ funded by BBSRC, UK and DBT, India from March 2015 to August 2015.
• Worked as Guest faculty (Biotechnology) at Department of Biological Sciences, Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur (MP), and India from September 2015 to June 2016.
